Amaltheia Villa is a beautiful property in Koskinou village. It hosts up to 11 people and it has an amazing private pool . Its’ discreet modern style and unique decoration, combined with its’ amazing location, offer a unique opportunity for a truly memorable holiday for families, or groups of friends.
Amaltheia Villa is a 3 storey building with 5 luxurious rooms, a large garden, private pool, parking space and a magnificent forest and sea view . There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st first floor with balconies and 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor .The master bedroom is offered in classical terms and tones ,in has a king size bed , a living room with a double sofa bed and an internal bathroom with Jacuzzi. The 2nd bedroom is decorated with earthly colors and it has a large double bed and the 3rd bedroom has a single bed .On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with large double beds that leads to large furnished terrace and overlooking the forest .
All bedrooms are air-conditioned. On the 1st floor you will find the open plan living room and kitchen area. In the living room there is an entertainment center with a large flat-screen tv right next to the fireplace. Of course, the kitchen is fully equipped for you to experiment with local ingredients and delicacies.
Outside you will enjoy the large garden under the Mediterranean sun, or with the cool evening breeze. There are outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your meals, there are sunbeds and parasols and there is also a bbq installation for al fresco culinary experiences. The villa is surrounded by citrus and pomegranate trees gardens and palms, which is extended to a little private forest with pine trees. A small Greek herb garden is also available.
The ground floor has a separate entrance where the owner lives but believe me you will never see her except if you ask for.
The area of Koskinou offers you the opportunity to explore the beautiful Rhodes, with vast beaches, lively beach bars and restaurants, as well as remote and private areas for peace and quiet. You are also about 15 minutes away by car from the popular destination of the Old Town and ancient Acropolis and well-preserved traditional architecture
