Athena Villa is located in one of the most amazing locations of the Island and can accommodate up to 4 people. The living room has an open marble staircase, satellite TV, CD player and quality furniture. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob and extractor hood, fridge and freezer, microwave oven and various small appliances. It is well stocked with utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses etc. There is a dining table for 4 people, or should you choose alfresco dining, there are doors that to a covered patio. Bedroom 1 on the upper level has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, WC, sunken basin with large worktop and a mirror. There are French doors, which lead onto a large sun terrace. Bedroom 2 on the ground floor has twin beds. Both bedrooms have air con/heating units, large quality fitted wardrobes and furniture. There is a family bathroom on the ground floor with a bathtub and shower, and includes WC, sunken washbasin with marble worktop and mirror.
Athena Villa is built to the highest specification with air con/heating and it is tastefully furnished. The villa has its’ own private garden with a pool and spectacular panoramic views. Located in the most enchanting parts of the island, near the picturesque ‘Seven Springs Valley’ and within minutes from the beautiful beaches of Kolymbia, Afandou and Tsampika. The close by ‘Seven Springs Valley’, (Epta Piges) a beautiful running spring water valley with ducks and peacocks wandering around. Set amongst the trees are tables and chairs where you can be served with sumptuous BBQ meats and fresh salads.
